All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified.
Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of receiving it excluding weekends and Holidays.
We ship orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska by USPS Priority mail when requested. There will be handling fee for shipment by USPS.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
If you find any breakage, please inform us and the UPS within 2-3 business days.
Any Discrepancy or breakage should be reported to Vd importers inc within 7 days of receipt. We will issue refunds for shortage and breakage. We will not ship the replacements.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. There will be a restocking fee of 25% if you return the merchandise plus the shipping cost will be deducted.
